SMOG 2

SMOG 2

While the SMOG webtool first made Structure-Based Models widely available, SMOG 2 was designed to allow for more general constructions of SMOG models. For example, one is able to define new residues and customize their system parameters. When used in combination with OpenSMOG, one can even easily redefine the functional form of the potential. SMOG 2 was first released in 2015, and since then it has been thoroughly tested and refined by a wide community of users.

More information about SMOG 2, including usage examples, containerized versions and tutorials may be found on the smog-server page.
